The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) put up a residential site at Bukit Timah Link for sale on 31st August 2022 as part of the 2H2022 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme. The land was sold for S$200,001,888, at a rate of $1,343 per sq ft per plot ratio (ppr). Bukit One Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Bukit Sembawang Estates Limited, emerged as the highest bidder among the 5 participants. This 49,633 sqft plot of land has the potential to accommodate 160 residential units.
8@BT is expected to have a preview in the second or third quarter of 2024. Prospective buyers can anticipate a new residential development with 160 units and communal facilities at Beauty World vicinity.
